The Bharatiya Janata Party

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday questioned the motive behind Karnataka Governor HR Bhardwaj's letter to Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa asking him to prove his majority again in the Assembly, but deferred a decision on the issue saying .


As a fallout of the recent controversy over debt waiver involving Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal, the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) headed by his cousin and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal suspended him from the party on Tuesday
